This Blanc de Noirs 2018 (100% Pinot Noir) from Beacon Down Vineyard delivers a fantastic blend of fruit and complexity with good acidity which lingers on the finish. Light golden in colour with a fine and persistent mousse. Orchard fruit, citrus, green apple with an element of strawberry and light brioche notes.
