This Blanc de Noirs 2017 (100% Pinot Noir) from Beacon Down Vineyard is fresh, floral, fruity with good acidity and lingers on the finish. Light golden in colour with a fine and persistent mousse. Orchard fruit, citrus, green apple with an element of strawberry. Light brioche notes and on the lees ageing for 18 months.
