This dry white 100% Pinot Gris wine from Beacon Down Vineyard offers subtle fruits with a balanced acidity. It is subtle on the nose and delicious on the palate with flavours of stone fruit and a tropical finish.
This is a fantastic wine from a small plot of carefully hand-tended vine. A long hot summer provided favourable ripening conditions and lovely balanced grapes.
