SHIPPING POLICY
Once you click online and place your order, we shall make sure your wines are carefully packaged and out for delivery within 1 - 2 days of receipt of payment. Shipping time is subject to our specialist delivery company but our wines are with you within 2 - 4 working days of your online order. Alternatively call us on 07414522420 and we can take your order over the telephone or contact us by email at info@thefinewineimporters.co.uk. Our shipping fees are £12.99 on any order under 12 bottles. If you order 12 bottles or more shipping is FREE! You can avoid any shipping charges by arranging to collect your wines in person from 15 Malling Street, Lewes, BN7 2RA.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with the wines you receive we are happy to exchange them for a different wine. Alternatively, we can provide a refund once you have returned the wines providing they are not damaged and have been well treated.
