Terra Salvatja, AOP Terrasses du Larzac, 2017. Deep violet and garnet red. The nose is complex and balanced, with spices (cinnamon), undergrowth and cherry. In the mouth it is soft and the tannins are silky. Aromas are persistent and long with notes of the local garrigue and red fruits.
Pair with ragu and roast lamb.
Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. ABV 13.5%
