The Fine Wine Importers case of Red, White & Rosé

This Fine Wine Importers mixed case includes some more of our imported classics.
 
The case includes a Chateau Haut Pougnan, Entre-Deux-Mers, Bordeaux, 2022. A delicate and light white predominately made up of Sauvignon Blanc (70%). It has a well balanced acidity with a floral nose and is neither too dry or too fruity. It is also 25% Semillion and 5% Muscadelle.
 
A bottle of Les Calades, IGP Pays d'Herault Mont Baudile, 2023, is a fresh, fruit driven white wine. Pale yellow in color, aromas of citrus and flowers with a beautiful liveliness on the palate. Pair with shellfish, fish and white meats. Chardonnay, Chenin, Clairette, Grenache blanc, Marsanne, Sauvignon, Vermentino and Viognier.
 
A bottle of 'Les Princes' from Domaine Ménard-Gaborit, Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie 2023. Lemon, fresh apple and peach combine with crushed minerality making this a delicious wine and perfect example of muscadet from the Loire. It is a zesty, creamy white wine which matches perfectly with oysters, mussels or grilled sardines. The lees aging gives it a delicious saline quality. 100% Melon de Bourgogne.
 
A bottle of Vin d'Une Nuit red, bursting with ripe red fruits, this is a full bodied, refined wine with silky tannins. An ideal match with chacuterie and hard cheeses. Garnet red color. Fruity nose, with very ripe red fruits. The palate is ample, suave and balanced. Vin d'Une Nuit, wine to be drunk in one night, is Saint Saturnin's iconic red with a lovely blend of Grenach (30%), Syra (30%), Carignan (20%) and Cinsault (20%).
 
A bottle of Les Calades, Pays d'Harault, Mont Baudile from Saint Saturnin is an easy drinking, fruit driven Rosé and is both fresh and bursting with red fruits. Fresh and delicate in the mouth, with the 2023 having an excellent link pink colour. Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Merlot and Mourvedre. Excellect with calmarie and other seafood.
 
And a bottle of Rosé d’une Nuit, Saint Saturnin, Rosé 2023, AOP Languedoc. Delicious small red fruits, crisp and delicate in the mouth. Great with soft cheeses, olives and anchovies. Rosé with a rose petal color, with delicate aromas of citrus and red fruits. Vin d'Une Nuit, wine to be drunk in one night, is Saint Saturnin's iconic rosé with a lovely blend of Grenach and Cinsault. This is Sanit Saturnin's icon rosé and has been produced by Saint Saturnin for decades and it is a firm favourite with many, including us!
