Bursting with ripe red fruits, this is a full bodied, refined wine with silky tannins. An ideal match with chacuterie and hard cheeses. Garnet red color. The 2021 vintage has a fruity nose, with very ripe red fruits. The palate is ample, suave and balanced.
Vin d'Une Nuit, translates to wine to be drunk in one night, is Saint Saturnin's iconic red with a lovely blend of Grenach (30%), Syra (30%), Carignan (20%) and Cinsault (20%). Vin d'Une Nuit has been produced by Saint Saturnin for decades and this vintage celebrates its 70th anniversary. It is a firm favourite with many, including us!
