Ridgeview Wine Estate was planted with the three classic sparkling varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The chalky soil of the South Downs and its sheltered location in the foothills have made it the perfect place for the vines and grapes to thrive producing some of England's finest fizz.

The winery focuses on minimal intervention in order to allow the exceptional grapes to speak for themselves. The full fruit flavours of the grapes are perfectly balanced against the cool climate acidity for which East Sussex is now becoming world renown. The sustainable vineyard is supported by a state of the art winery and underground cellar to complement the ageing process and the all important secondary fermentation process; making Ridgeview Wine Estate pionners of the English wine scene.
