Lemon, fresh apple and peach combine with crushed minerality making this a delicious wine and perfect example of muscadet from the Loire. 

 

It is a zesty, creamy white wine which matches perfectly with oysters, mussels or grilled sardines. The lees aging gives it a delicious saline quality.
